Just finished design of a Duplex addition with ADU. The challenge is very small narrow site and parking requirements. I take the approach to take advantage of existing condition to keep one wall so we don’t have to upgrade the driveway. With a front and back units layout. it make a very functional layout for both units instead of side by side like before.

Very simple forms but break with two different materials.
